A hybrid group coaching experience

I created the Full Life Society 2.1 after working with thousands of women with endocrine conditions like PCOS and Diabetes to help them manage their weight, balance their blood sugars, regulate their cycles, and have more energy! When you have an endocrine condition, weight loss isn’t as simple as eat less and move more. In this program, we lay the foundation for a sustainable lifestyle and talk about the ideal eating pattern for insulin resistance and inflammation. If you’re losing weight the right way, you shouldn’t be hungry!

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll get:

  • A 1:1 onboarding call with Emily

  • A module self-guided course that walks you through my signature eating plan and the science behind it. (New content added monthly!)

  • Weekly live coaching sessions 

  • Access to our private Facebook group for Support, Accountability, and Growth. 

  • Monthly 1:1 email check-ins with Emily for individualized guidance

  • Weekly Meal Plans created by Emily

  • A Recipe Board with TONS of ideas to inspire you

  • Option to participate in an accountability pod with other women in the group
